We enjoyed our stay at Ducale. The staff speak good English, and were very helpful when my husband's suitcase was lost by Iberia Airlines. Easy to find, although a bit further from the main Termini entrance than what we originally thought.

The employees in the reception were very kind, and talked different languages without problems. . The room were nice and we got more value for the money than what we expected.. Good breakfast (more than rome-standard) Close to busses.

Very nice staff, comfortable and clean rooms, good value for money. The location is quite all right, one you learn your way around the city.
I would't describe the hotel as 'at walking distance' from Termini, which was implied as far as I remember...

It took us a little while to find but was everything we wanted. This was just for an overnight stay and we choose this place because it's close to the train station (about 10 mins). The room was spacious and comfortable with air con, tv, fridge. Breakfast was included and was toast with spreads, croissants, cold meats, cereals, fruit, milk + coffee, tea (& cappuccinos if you ask). We ordered in the pizza that the had a brochure for which was really nice & came with bonus drinks & nutella crepe (which was great cause I didn't care for the creme catalina that I ordered)! The main lady (sorry didn't catch her name) at Hotel Ducale was so lovely & accommodating and spoke English which is always great. We highly recommend this place if you are after something cheap, clean, comfortable and close to the train station!!

The location of the hotel is interesting: not too far away from the Termini railway station (at arrival and departure), about 10 min from the metro stop and about 20 min from the Colosseum. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. They offered us twice the comfort to leave our luggage in the hotel (before official check-in and after official check- out). Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked well. We had a nice stay at hotel Ducale and we possibly return one day with the kids.

The room was clean.
The room was situated on the ground floor just beside out door. The out door was looked and customers rung the bell when coming to the hotel. We waked up everytime when somebody was coming. There was not view out and that was unpleasant - we were like in jail. We stayed there only one night on the way home after holiday (otherwise we would have left the hotel).
